About

W2Reviews is a London-based company on a simple mission: make it effortless for great businesses to collect the reviews they deserve. We saw too many brilliant cafés, salons, clinics and shops losing out because asking for reviews felt awkward — a verbal ask gets forgotten the second a customer walks out the door, a printed card sits unread in a bag, and a QR code means someone has to stop, open their camera app, line up the square, then still tap a link before anything happens. By the time all that's done, most people have already given up.

So we built premium NFC review cards and tags that remove every one of those steps. One tap on a phone that's already in someone's hand, and they're looking straight at your Google, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor page, ready to leave 5 stars. No friction, no faff, no extra apps — just more reviews and more growth.

What's in the range

Every product does the same core job — turn a tap into a review — just in a different physical form, so you can put review points wherever they make sense for your business.

Why one tap beats the alternatives

Every other way of asking for a review adds a step, and every step loses people. Asking out loud relies on staff remembering, every single time, and on the customer not feeling put on the spot. A printed card with a link or a code needs someone to type it out later — if they still have it. A QR code needs a camera app, a steady hand, and a bit of patience. A tap needs none of that: the review page is already open before the customer has had time to think twice.

Who it's for

  • Coffee shops, restaurants and bars — catch customers at the till or the table, right after a good meal.
  • Salons, barbers and spas — the moment right after a great cut or treatment is the best time to ask.
  • Dentists, clinics and other appointment-based businesses — a card at reception turns a routine visit into a review.
  • Gyms and studios — build a steady stream of reviews from regulars without anyone having to ask twice.
  • Retail shops and market stalls — a card at the till or a window tag out front catches customers as they leave happy.
  • Hotels and guesthouses — a card at check-out captures reviews while the stay is still fresh in mind.
