Frequently asked questions.
Platforms, setup, changing your link, and the honest answer on review filtering. If yours isn’t here, just ask.
Google, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor cards are all available. You send us the exact review link for your business and we set the card to open it directly.
No. It uses NFC, the same tap technology as contactless payments. Almost every phone from the last several years supports it — the customer just holds their phone near the card and their review page opens in the browser.
Every card also works as a printed QR code fallback on request, so nobody is left out.
Yes — get in touch and we can reprogram your card remotely if your review page or business details change. The card itself doesn’t need replacing.
No. The card takes every customer to your genuine, public review page — the same one anyone would land on searching for you directly. We don’t filter, gate or pre-screen feedback before it’s posted. That would breach Google’s and other platforms’ review policies, and it isn’t something we offer. The card just removes the friction of finding the page in the first place.
A couple of minutes of your time. Send us your business name, your review link and a logo if you have one, and your card is programmed and ready before it reaches you.
A tap card doesn’t need a camera app lined up correctly, works even when a printed code is scuffed or faded, and feels more considered sitting on a counter or till than a laminated square of paper.
Yes — the card only stores a link, nothing that can be hacked or skimmed. See the Security page for the full breakdown.
